Gina is my Goddaughter, who is not 24 years old - on Ash Wednesday in 2015 Gina's left eye became totally blind. She stayed in Faith during these past five years with her left eye blind, living life to the fullest to the best of her ability. This past November (2019), I was watching EWTN 8am morning mass, it was three days before the St. Andrew's Christmas Novena would start..The priest talked about his friend who wrote him a letter and in the letter his friend talked about how his one eye was blind, until he prayed the St. Andrew's Christmas Novena the year before this one, and on Christmas Day he regained his eyesight. So I called my sister (Gina's mom), to tell her the story since it was similar to Gina's situation with one eye blind, and my sister Phyllis and I (Kellie), started to pray the St. Andrew's Christmas Novena with the intension for Gina's eyesight to return, if it be God's will. On Jan. 4th, Gina was walking her doggie Bella and Bella almost got hit by a car, just as Gina pulled Bella back onto the pavement out of the street, "her eyesight in Gina's left eye came back in an instant"! My sister text me thanking me for the St. Andrew's Christmas Novena, and then Gina called me crying with tears of joy! We praise you, we bless you, and we thank you Lord God for your miracle you have performed here on earth. But most of all, we love you. xoxo Kellie Ann Smoot |
