Monsignor Joseph C. McLoone graduated from St. Charles Seminary and was ordained in 1988. He has a BA in Philosophy and a MDiv and MA in Theology. After various pastoral assignments, he is currently the Pastor of St. Katherine Drexel Catholic Church in Chester, PA. He is also a founding board member of Drexel Neumann Academy which was established to keep catholic education available and affordable in the city of Chester. Msgr. has helped in organizing many other Archdiocesan celebrations including the Bicentennial celebration for the Philadelphia Diocese and Prayer on the Parkway. Msgr. McLoone was appointed Delegate to the Charismatic prayer groups in 2010 and has served as advisor to the CCR Diocesan Service Committee.
