The Most Reverend Edward M. Deliman, M.Div., V.G.
Bishop Edward M. Deliman was ordained a bishop on August 18, 2016. Bishop Deliman attended Holy Trinity School and Bishop Egan High School before entering Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary. Bishop Deliman has served the Archdiocese of Philadelphia as a priest since his ordination on May 19, 1973, and for 38 of those 43 years he has ministered primarily to the diverse Spanish-speaking Catholics in various parishes. He has served as a pastor at Saint Bonaventure Parish, Philadelphia; Visitation B.V.M. Parish, Philadelphia; Saint Agnes Parish, West Chester (Chester County); Saint Martin of Tours Parish, Philadelphia; Our Lady of Fatima Parish, Bensalem (Bucks County); and Saint Charles Borromeo Parish, Bensalem (Bucks County) In 1991, he was named a Honorary Prelate of his Holiness with the title of Monsignor by Pope John Paul II.
Presently Bishop Deliman oversees the Office for Hispanic Catholics.
Fr. Bill Halbing
Father Bill Halbing is passionate about Biblical/scriptural exegesis. He is well known for his rare teachings of in-depth, line-by-line Bible studies, taking you into the deepest riches of the Sacred Scriptures. His animated and inspiring teachings keep you personally attentive to what God is saying as he reveals hidden mysteries and treasures that lay beneath His Precious Words.
The Lord called Father Bill at a young age to know Him through His Word. Father Bill attended Immaculate Conception Seminary in Mahwah, NJ, and was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Newark on October 30, 1982. He holds an M-Div and an MA in Jewish-Christian Studies as well as a BA in Spanish from Seton Hall University.
Father Bill has been in the Charismatic Renewal since 1975 and is a much sought after Bible teacher and preacher. He has been a guest speaker at national charismatic conferences throughout the United States, Canada, Guyana, Philippines and Eastern Europe preaching the Word of God with enthusiasm and humor!

Dave VanVickle
Dave VanVickle fell in love with the Lord at the age of fourteen and has dedicated his life to bringing others into a radical relationship with Christ. He is currently serving as the Director of Evangelization at St. Bonaventure’s Parish in Glenshaw, PA. In addition to his position at the parish Dave is also the Young Adult Coordinator for the National Service Committee of the Charismatic Renewal. He is a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville. Dave is a popular speaker and retreat leader who focuses on proclaiming the universal call to holiness, authentic Catholic spirituality, spiritual warfare and deliverance. Dave has years of experience assisting priests with their ministries of deliverance and exorcism. Dave resides in Pittsburgh with his wife Amber and their five children: Sam, Max, Judah, Josie, and Louisa.
Deacon Robert J. Skawinski
Deacon Bob Skawinski was born in Jersey City in 1938, the youngest of three children. He worked as an engineer, graduate-engineering instructor and manager for AT&T for 36 years, as an instructor and department head at Villa Joseph Marie high school for 5 years, and has been serving at St Ignatius parish as an ordained Deacon in good standing in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for 30 years.
He taught for 5 years in the Archdiocesan Church Ministry program, which at the time was the first step in the Archdiocesan Diaconate Formation program. He and his wife also served in the Archdiocesan Speaker’s bureau and were co-designers and presenters of the Archdiocesan Family Weekend program.
His first 14 years of education were in Catholic schools: St Ann’s elementary school, St Peter’s Prep and St Peter’s college, all in Jersey City.
He holds a B.S.E.E. in electrical engineering and an M.B.A. in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
He has been married for 58 years and is the father of three girls and the grandfather of four boys.
He is the author of the recently released book “I saw Jesus” by Xulon Press.
